We switched to this brand after our vet told us that he has always fed his dogs Purina One. He said that it's a lot higher quality than even some of the more expensive dog foods. (They sell Hills at their office, so I know he wasn't saying this to try to make more $ off of me).

Since switching, the dogs' coats have gotten significantly more soft and shiny. One of our dog's hips would get a little stiff if we had played a lot of fetch the day before, and that isn't an issue as often anymore--which I attribute to switching to a food with glucosamine in it.

I really don't think you can beat this food for the price. The fact that chicken is the 1st ingredient and brewer's rice is the 2nd ingredient is pretty impressive (even though there is corn meal and chicken by-product in it, at least they aren't the first 2 ingredients like in most dog foods).

my dog buddy eat this food everyday itt keeps him healthy and his coat clean everyday his body goes in shape with this purina dog food

never fill the whole bowl or your dog or pup. might get sick so be carefull with the amount you give or him/her

I have two collies 3 1/2 yr and 91/2 years old, they both do very well on the "adult" and the "senior" food. I feed them once in AM and then PM. I have not had a problem with this brand. Just as long as it's not changed in any way I wll keep on feeding my dogs Purina One.

This is the best dog food I've ever tried. My dogs love it. I don't need to add anything (canned food} for them to eat it up. I love that you can change food from chicken to lamb to beef anytime without any upset digestion.
