Big plans, not finished, but try this!

I have a new Yorkie puppy that is my baby girl who I waited for for years! I plan to spoil her like the daughter I never had. She gets wet and cold on walks, so when this went on sale I snapped up the small.
Since I want "girly" much more than "sporty" clothes, I turned mine inside out, and voila, a soft fuzzy,red snowsuit. Her whole butt hangs out so I plan to add a skirt around the "jacket edge" and put in a button hole for her harness...it's just too bulky and annoying worn on the outside of the suit, plus adjusting the harness is a nightmare!
To finish I will add, perhaps, an applique' or pin or some decorative item to add interest and maybe introduce a complimentary color.
Also might add stretchy cuffs since the legs are a bit short and the openings rather large. But, for the $15 I spent I have a sturdy and warm piece to start with that my puppy seems totally comfortable in.
Anybody had good luck with doggy booties for long walks?! She gets so cold!

I bought this snow suit for my dog who is a havanese.
I ordered a Large & it was way too large so I returned it. I bought a med, but it is a little snug. The difference between the m & large is like two sizes.

My dog who is really cold natured, doesn't mind this suit at all. It took him a little while to get use to putting his back legs in but other than that it's a good product. The only negative thing I can say is the velcro comes undone alot but my dog is a little bulky in the chest so he is hard to fit. The rest of it of fits him well.

Hi EvilEvie I have a tiny baby too and my Vet recommended that i no longer use a collar on him because they can actually damage small breed throats. Recommending the harness was the best thing that ever happened to us, now i dont have to worry about leash holes. I put his snowsuit on then the the harness over it and off we go. We will wear it at least 4 times a day in Minnesota.

I have a 10lb Yorkie-Poo and he loves wearing coats! He gets cold so easy it makes me feel bad-lol! This snowsuit is awesome, it fits him very well while allowing plenty of room for movement. It is great for when he goes out to potty of course but the best use I have found for it is when we go somewhere in the car. The snowsuit keeps him nice and warm when he waits in for me to come out of a store. He loves to go for rides so much that I feel bad if I don't take him and this allows him to come along for more trips cuz I know he's comfy while I'm inside shopping.

The only thing missing is a leash hole but I can live with that. Plus, he looks sooooo adorable in it.
