My smarty pants fat cat loves this he nudges it around and the treats come out. He actually got so good at it I had to put the little pegs in right away. The only draw back i guesss would be that the holes are all really big and his kibbles are small ( I use it as a food moderator toy) and A LOT of it come out as he rolls it. So I can't just fill it and walk away when we play witht his toy i have to play with him and keep filling it up if I use the food. But It is PERFECT for cat treats as they are larger in size.
