This is NOT a good product for any fish keeping. I would never recommend something this small. Bettas alone (which are usually recommended for being easiest to care for and hardy) need a very minimum of one gallon for a permanent home. With that being said, the product description says that it will hold one half of a quart (or 0.125 of a gallon). This is honestly not suitable for any aquatic animal besides a shrimp (all joking aside).

Working in an old fashioned and quite small office, I got this tank because of the USB feature. There is only one wall outlet in my office, so alternative modes of plugging in for power were really preferred.
What the description doesn't tell you, is that the USB doesn't power it all. The clock feature needs 3 AAA batteries. (not a big deal, but quite inconvenient.)

PRO:
The circulating water helps keep the water fresher a little longer, and the multi-changing led lights on the bottom keep me wonderfully distracted. It's small and looks great at any angle on my desk. It cleared out more space on my desk with the pen compartment.

CON:
The water flows at the middle of the tank, which seem to annoy my Betta. I have to empty out all my pens and clips and items in the compartments every time I clean the tank. :I
