This container takes care of the "ick factor" when it comes to storing opened cans of pet food in the kitchen fridge.
We happen to have a kosher kitchen so it's especially reassuring to have a way to hermetically seal off the can and its contents from everything else - but it's also great for anyone who's grossed out by having open pet food in the fridge. I even put a plastic lid on the can before enclosing it in the container (even though it isn't really necessary).
The 14-oz doggy size is roomy enough for cat food cans of all sizes, even the tall 13-oz ones.
