I bought this because my mother's large dog needs a martingale style collar. She used to have the chain version before manufacturers used fabric, but never had a quick release. I was a bit disappointed that the colors were limited (red and silver), but once I put it on, I was happy with the purchase. It is a very nice everyday collar.

Already we have used the quick-release several times.

Pros: comfortable, looks great

great idea bad quality

I brought this collar as it allows me to just snap it on and go, for this it is great.

However... Through out the walk/training it has to be adjusted constantly.

Being a trainer when re-training dogs not to pull the light "stopper" (piece that is suppose to keep the collar in the position you tighten/loosen it to) does NOT do it's job and allows the collar to loosen to the point of the collar not fitting properly.

Pros: durable, comfortable, looks great

Cons: poor quality
