Martha Stewart pets barn coat

Warning if you wash make sure velcro is latched completely with the coat inside out. If velcro comes loose it will pull all the threads out of the coat leaving trails of thread to deal with. This is my dogs second coat which unfortunately that both having the same issue of threading out.

Adorable quilted jacket

This jacket not only looks great but fits well. My dog absolutely loves it! High quality construction and great in the cold/wet weather. Would definitely get another one!

Cheapened, poor quality, poor construction.

I bought one of the same style last year. Loved the coat. I got another dog and wanted to buy a matching coat of the same style for her. Quality has gone way downhill. Sitting on the shelf there are tons of pulls in the threads that make the bones, and the material feels lighter in weight. I couldn't find one in my dog's size that didn't have pulls in the thread. Velcro even looks like it was going to pull up soon. I will not spend that much (even at the sale price) on poor quality.

I have a morkie (maltese/yorkie mix) and have been gifted this coat in both red and the beige/grey color. My morkie loves them! She won't go outside on a chilly morning without one on! They are very cute and I am guessing warm because my dog no longer shivers outside on cold and windy days. Highly recommended.

Martha Must be Designing in the Dark

I bougth a similar coat 2 years ago, and decided I would replace this year, and it has gotten a little ratty looking from all the wash and wear. I was shocked to see the bizarre color combinations that the coats were being offered in - I am hardly a fashionista - but I can recognize when 2 colors look horrible next to each other. Looks aside - I also could not find a size Large just to try on, and what was on the shelf was really poorly made- hanging threads, distorted bone shapes, and the feel of the material seems to have been cheapened. I hope someone turns the lights back on in Martha's Office so that next season they do things a little better.
