I have been using this litter for years i love it and my cats love it what i am not happy about is they have started making the bags smaller and the price has gone up a lot,over the last year we have tried a lot of other litters but was very unhappy with them and our cats did not like the other litters at all so if they are going to make the bags smaller they really need to bring down the price so now with that being said i am off to pet smart to get my 2 bags of litter for the month

As a pet sitter, I found this litter cleaning a client's cat's litter box...It's very lightweight, so it's effortless to scoop the box...There is no residue left behind, and no dust! It's more expensive than other brands, but well worth the few extra dollars...This is, truly, the world's best cat litter! I'll never switch brands; I'm sure of that!

Extremely Disappointed

I bought this because I was looking for a healthier, more eco-friendly alternative to clay litter. My cat is male, 19 years of age, domestic short hair. First of all this doesn’t say that it’s non-GMO, for the price I was sort of expecting it. With that in mind this litter should be much cheaper; you’re essentially paying for the fancy bag and name. This litter has just as much dust if not more than clay litter; even more annoying is that the dust is yellow so out comes your cat covered in yellow dust smelling of stale corn. Speaking of the smell…. It’s terrible. Although my dog was very interested in it as he thought it was food. The smell of this mixed with cat urine is not an attractive one. This also tracks worse than clay litter. The corn particles absorb urine and start to break down then get mushed into your cat’s paw. This also affects clean up, urine doesn’t clump together very well and ends up falling apart to make a bigger mess. After trying to convince myself that this was the best alternative (having tried other options in lieu of clay) I decided that it just wasn’t worth the hassle or price tag. I’m going to be returning this for my money back. Furthermore this is certainly not the “World’s Best cat litter”, there are better clay alternatives out there at lower costs and with less arrogant names.

Cons: Doesn't Eliminate Odor, messy, Hard to Sift

This litter smells like corn cobs. It's not offensive, and it smells better than the highly perfumed clay litters. There's no dust, and I've noticed very little tracking when compared to clay litter. I have 6 cats, all of whom will use this litter. It doesn't stick to my cats, even the 1 long-haired breed I have. Happy with my purchase and will continue to buy. Only wish it was a tad bit cheaper.

Not Really the Best!

I'm not a fan of this litter. It tracks everywhere and turned my black cats paws a dusty tan color every time he was in it. Also, it had a funny odor every time I went to clean the box. I will definitely find something else to use and wish I could return this since it was so expensive. Did not live up to it's name. Really disappointed.

Really lives up to it's name

I bought a small bag of this cat litter because of a free mail in rebate offer my sister in law told me about. I figured that I would get my money back from it so it is not a big deal if it wasn't good. We have had the litter in for one week and I have to say, I don't ever want to go back to clay litter. It clumps very well and it doesn't need an excessive amount to clump like the clay based litter I was using. I haven't had a problem with the litter sticking to the sides of the litter pan or the scoop like with my other litter. After using it for one week, I can see how a 7 pound bag can last a month. The waste I am throwing away is minimal compared to the old litter. There is no dust and the odour is minimal.

Super Stinky and Dusty

I pour this in my cats box. The dust was overwhelming. I could not stop coughing. I coughed every time I entered the room. Then my cat used the litter ONCE and I removed it right away and then the smell came. Not a cat waste smell. It was horrible. I left it thinking the smell would settle but it never did. The next day I threw away the whole bag and litter box full.

I think there is only one pro about this litter, lower dust than most. I tried two bags of it over a month thinking maybe the first batch could have been an exception to the "world's best". The litter itself didn't have a bad smell but anytime my cats used it, there was an awful smell. Almost like the litter amplified it. As for the clumping, it did clump until I tried to scoop the urine and feces. Small parts would break off. Like I said, I tried two separate bags and gave it a month trial but this was a no go for me. If you do decide to buy it, make sure you watch your pets around it at first because some try to eat it since it is a natural product.

When they named this cat litter, they really gave it the right name. It really is the world's best cat litter. It clumps great, eliminates scent, and is made of natural ingredients. Best of all, it does not have a heavy perfume scent, which is great for me since I am very sensitive to scents. Thanks for providing a great cat litter that we can feel good about!

I used to switch litters a lot. I was always looking to save money. Now I've just settled on WBCL and am happy that I did. I have 3 cats and go thru litter quickly, but the price is worth it. There is no dust which I love. I believe it helps the odors, but my cats don't like to cover their mess, so that's their fault. There are a lot of coupons for WBCL so stock up when they are available.

My cat likes this litter better than any other litter I have tried. I am on town sewer system and I can flush the clumps (which almost dissolve when they hit the water in the toilet) with no problems. I have never have a back-up.
My cat is very fussy about the texture of litter and seems to really like this litter. Sometimes he gets in box just to dig!
My daughter uses this same litter for her cat.

This brand is scoop-able and and lasts a long time. I have three cats and two litter boxes. This brand cuts back on litter box odor very well. My favorite part is that it is flush-able! It's all natural so it's safe to flush. No more trips down three floors twice a day to dispose of soiled litter!

This is the best cat litter I have tried and I have tried a lot of them! I have 4 kittens right now and 4 litter boxes total. I noticed the first time I used it I didnt smell when they cats used it. For Christmas I didnt want it to smell with people here. I put some on top of their other cat litter and it sure helped. YOu wouldnt know we had 4 kittens. Im sold! In the long run when I used the cheaper stuff I had to throw it out every day so it wasnt so cheap. I can scoop these boxes and not throw them away every day.

Ferrets can't use clay litters and I was sick of using the paper based litters for small pets. I decided on World's Best and I've never looked back. They smell so much better now, compared to what they did before.

super dusty, poor clump, and tracks a lot

My cat simpy refused to use this litter. I was able to get him in after mixing in 75% of his previous litter. However, it does not clump with this mixture. Also, its super dusty when I'm sifting. It's so dusty that even my cat refuses to dig and cover. He simply jumps in, does his business, then jump out immediately. Even so, I can still find the litter in a far away room. The litter is all over his litter room as well.

I had to post this review after picking up my 2nd bag. Smells like dried corn (no surprise there), and doesn't leave that much of a mess compared to clay litters. Controls the odor really well, and I'm extremely happy with it. My boyfriend decided to try to cheap out and use a less expensive litter with a ton of perfume in it for multi cats, but he wouldn't go near it, and had an accident...poor little guy. I immediately ran out and bought another bag, changed it out, and he went right to it. I change it a little more than suggested on the bag because I'm a little overly concerned about getting that "cat" smell in my apartment, but this in combo with one of the natural grain free foods means no one can tell I even have a cat until they see him.

I love this, so does my 5 month old Siamese kitten. It is light, very minimal to none dust (the Arm and Hammer Cat Litter Deodorizer might cause the dust), and super clumping effect has been very impressive. It eliminates odor drastically in comparison to other litters available out there.

I'm not sure what the reviewer was talking about when they said that there was dust- as an all-natural liter there simply isn't any dust. That is one of the reasons whey I am willing to pay extra for this brand.
The odor control works well, but it isn't instant. They do offer a scented type but I prefer the original (multi-cat) version.
As long as the 'wet' liter is allowed to settle I haven't had any problems with it not clumping. I may have used brands that clumped slightly better/quicker, but I feel good about using this brand-
