Pretty good food

I bought this food for my red betta Flea and he eats them. They are a bit big so he has to take chunks out but Flea eats them. They also sink quick but Flea likes to eat them as they fall so no biggie:)

pellets are too big for bettas

When I first got a betta fish, I bought the TetraBetta Plus mini floating pellets, on the advice of the pet store where I bought the fish from. My betta fish refused to eat them, and when he did try to eat them, they were so big that he kept spitting them out repeatedly. I tried crushing the pellets, but my betta still didn't want to eat them. I eventually switched to flake food and he has had no problems since. I do not reccommend this product, due to how large the pellets are.

My Betta, Alpha, loves these things! They float for a loooooooooong time, so he gets a long time to eat it. Also, my Uncle Mike has had a Betta on his counter in a bowl for eight years(still alive) And he eats only eats these. Thanks Petsmart!

Pellets are too big

I got these for my Betta after running out of the trial food. Unfortunately, I have to crush these pellets as they are too big for my fish to eat. At first he would try to eat them and spit them back out. Once I crush them he gobbles them up. Although they don't float after you break them up, it means more tank cleaning.

My betta,Glen, hates it. He will eat them spit it right back out over and over. The only good thing about it is that it floats for quite a long time.
