At the top, an entire chunk of the frame snapped off where the bone attaches to the ring provided. My dog almost swallowed the bone. I'm never buying this from petsmart again.

I was hoping the tag would look exactly like the picture i see here.. Well, I got it.. It's just beautiful.. The red color really stands out with the white fonts. And even best of all you can personalize it.. Engraved on both sides with all my puppy's info, i feel better knowing that he has this tag.. You never know.. I highly recommend it.. It is so attractive.. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and the fast shipping as well..

This is a very simple, yet handsome looking tag. She's had this tag since late spring of '12 and it's held up very nicely- through rain, washes, switches to other collars, brushing up against god knows what, and swimming in the creek. I would definitely recommend this tag.
