I have this carrier in two different colors for my cats. One was giving herself bloody noses pushing her face against the metal cage door of the plastic carriers. This style is soft and allows a cat to feel hidden with the solid roof, yet be seen through the sides. To store, it can collapse by unzipping both the lid and base, folding the sides, and zipping the top and bottom to each other. The sides are not rigid, but the sturdy handle on the top easily accommodates a seatbelt so you can ensure the carrier doesn't slide around in the car, or the carrier fling around in an accident. Keeps a pet safe and secure.

My vet likes that he can totally open the top, and the pet door, and the animal can stay inside and feel secure while receiving a full exam.

Totally worthwhile for a small dog, or cat. I wish there were more variety of colors, but that's not that big of a deal.

We love this. Nico is my dog an she is only 3lbs so it is really big for her. We live in the desert and even when it is hot it seems to stay very cool. She got one in blue and it matches my room without being an eyesore so we keep it out all the time so she can have her own "room."
It is easy to carry on the train when we go across town and unlike other carriers, she seems to really enjoy being inside of it. The only drawback which really isn't so bad it that if I need to collapse it, it takes a little while because you have to unzip the sides from the top and bottom.

Oh, this is the best carrier, took my little 3lb.chihuahua to FL and she stayed in it during the ride and slept in it at night..she loves it and still sleeps in it at night..its her favorite thing to use now, we of course purchased the pink one..she has so much room to move around and can look out all sides, you will not be disappointed in this purchase.

I have 2 of these and use them to transport my cats to and from the vet. We also used them traveling to move the cats from the large crate in the car into our destination. They take up little space when taken folded. It can be a little tricky to line up the zippers on each end to assemble, but all in all, a nice, light carrier.
