We put this on my dog periodically, and it will work for about a week or so and then seems to stop working altogether.

Do not waste your money on this product. It didn't do absolutely anything to our dog. The poor thing kept scratching and even after a few days you could see the fleas all over her. Zodiac Flea and Tick Sprays solved the problem!!!
