I have two cats, one with a flea allergy. I thought I would give this a try as a cost-saving strategy, and it works very well. NO complaints whatsoever! For the people for whom it did not work, fleas in an area can become immune to the active ingredient in this and the name brand if everyone in the area is using it. Switch to another brand with a different active ingredient. If/when that loses effectiveness, switch back!

I chose this product because I have 3 cats and it promised to work as well as the name brand products. It said it would kill fleas within 24 hours. If anything, I have more fleas in the house now. This product is an absolute waste of money.

I was lured in by the promise of this product being as effective as Frontline at a much better price. I have a dog and two cats. I have never had any issues with fleas with my pets or house. My cats are also indoor only cats. I am still dealing with fleas after the intial treatment with this product and a retreatment on the advice of the company. I now have spent four times more than Frontline and still having problems. I can't say this enough- "Buyer Beware"!

So happy to finally find something that works. Been battling the fight against flees for months. tired everything flee baths, spray, the "name" brand topical stuff! nothing worked! a friend of mine recommended firpoguard. it worked within the 1st hour! FINALLY able to relax with my cats and not have to worry about being attacked by flees anymore!

I gave it one star because it won't let you give it zero. I applied like instructed and waited 24 hours and nothing. I have 3 pets (2 small dogs and a cat) and I applied Sentry to all of them and the flees only got worse. The worst part about it is I had to deal with the bugs for a month because I couldn't apply new medication for 30 days. Don't waste your money, get the good stuff (that repels!) and you won't have to worry about bugs!
