Carefresh did change their formulas, but it's still by far the best food they carry for Chinchillas. Timothy Hay is the first ingredient, while Soy(not so great) is pushed lower down the list unlike other Chinchilla foods.

My boys love this stuff, but they don't care for the cut up timothy hay in there. I WISH you guys carried this in store!!!! I love this food, and it's the only thing I'll feed my boys.

i do not like the new formula with the timothy hay in it. it is way to dusty. my chinchillas dont like all the dust in the food. i give them plenty of timothy hay, i dont want it in their food. i would like to see you go back to the original formula... im being forced to buy a differnt kind of food for my chinchillas. i DO rescue alot of chinnys, so i buy alot of food, treats & supplies. if i could purchase the original formula in 50 lb. bags i would.. thank you
