I got this for my 3 rats so I got 2. When I first got this they chewed it (not that much) on top. Now they do nothing with it. Im sure Hamsters and guinea pigs will chew It and more Just not my rats. But I dont take it out because it makes the cage look good.

He plays with it for a little bit then hes done but I'm sure his cage wouldn't be that same without it!

I got this for my two rabbits and they destroyed it in not even thirty minutes, they obviously loved it, but I don't think I'll buy it again because of how fast they destroyed it. So it's not very durable, but for less of a chewer, it's great! Or maybe hamsters or guinea pigs, something like that. But if your pet really likes to chew, I suggest getting something more durable. One thing I really didn't like was that it was held together by glue. And I took the wooden ball out when they got enough rungs chewed off for it to fall out, I ended up drilling a hole through the middle and sticking it on the k-bob, which wasn't so bad. But all in all, if your pet doesn't chew like crazy, go for it! If they do, get a more durable toy.

Sturdy and loveable!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my youngest guinea pig. He has a small mouth and this is small enough for him. To my surprise, he loved it! He can easily chew on it and pick it up!

To the delight of us all (sarcasm), my older guinea has found that he can bang it against the side of his cage.

When they get bored of it, I swap toys. They both love it! It's sturdier than the willow and nuttier balls, but just as entertaining!

Pros: durable, price, Keeps Pet Entertained

My daughter's hamster, Al loves chewing on this. The ball in the middle creates interest and I find him chewing on it all of the time. Good price, simple design, and fun for the pet.
