The website dimensions on the website are Medium: 16.9"L x 10.2"W x 9.8"H
But the product tag states: Medium:13.8 x 8.7 x 9.1
The size made a HUGE difference when I tried to put my dog into it. I called PetSmart and told them the issue and they said they would notify the warehouse. We shall see. I was very disappointed because medium is the only size available and everything else about this bad was what I wanted. I am returning it for a different one that will hopefully be the right size.
