My cat use to eat Whiskas and I would give him half a cup of food and he would eat it all and still be hungry. He would be looking around the kitchen if there where any scraps of food. But I decide to switch it to a healthier choice for my cat. With Nature's Recipe he gets fuller faster and is not so hungry afterwards. And its give my cat a nice shine to his fur.

The two (very finicky and difficult to please) ruling cats in our household have had access to all the best name brand and most expensive dry cat foods. They will only eat Nature's Recipe; chicken flavor for hairball control and the salmon recipe. We wanted the best and most nutritious foods that would satisfy their appetites and help them control hairballs, maintain their health and weight. Since they did not like the other foods we purchased for them and kept exhibiting disruptive behavior and complaining at mealtime, we returned to Nature's Recipe. Now there is contentment with both pets and we now have our peaceful home back.

I have/had 3 cats who were eating Eukanuba for many years. Was looking for something healthier for them (one is slightly overweight, one had a sensitive stomach and loose stool and the other has no issues). I swithed two over to this food and the other to a weight control food. They seem to like it but after a few months one lost 2 lbs (even though I gave her as much as she wanted to eat) and the other lost a pound but was eating about 1/3 more of this food compared to Eukanuba. I have since taken the original two off this food and started feeding it to the other but she isn't feeling well now (probably has nothing to do with the food) but I've thrown the rest away and switched back to Eukanuba. As my vet said both Eukanuba and Science Diet are trusted foods.

We tried a highly recommended brand and my cats would not eat it. We tried a couple and are going to stick with Nature's Recipe (chicken, they hate salmon as do I). They scarf it right up and the main ingredient is chicken, not corn or chicken by-products and that makes all the difference to us as we treasure our domenstic bengals. Will keep on purchasing this dry brand and highly recommend it.
