We bought this the day we picked up the dog. It rattled all the way home. We fixed that by wrapping tape around the posts. Its been used a total of a dozen times. Last week we were out, without the dog, and it fell apart in the back of the car, and rattled all the way home until we could pull over and remove it. Considering the price and the amount of usage I would NOT recommend this product. Although we are technically out of warranty its going back to the store. We've had it less than 6 months!!!

the poles that have the threads in them were different sizes. the were supposed to be the same. My Dad had to go buy a wingnut and washer so it would lock in place. We could of sent it back but they charged $18.00 for shipping.
