I'm sure it works for some guinea pigs, but just because one likes it does NOT mean every guinea pig in the world will like it. I bought it for my guinea pig, Echo, and she downright refused to drink her water with this in it. It makes the water taste odd and not all guinea's like that. What works for one guinea pig may not work for every guinea pig, so I advise keeping in mind you may have to try several things to see what is best for your guinea pig. If you do get this, keep in mind that the Vitamin C does NOT have a long life in light, so you will have to change out the water not just when the bottle empties, but at LEAST every other day.

It works great my guinea pigs love it.I read some of these reviews and they are not right at all.Maybe some guinea pigs just don't like it.If you didn't like it the first time get it again.

I purchased these back in october and i put them in my piggies water and she loves it but i found out that is you put it on the food it gets all soggy and then she doesn't eat it. They are an easy way it give your guinea pig the Vitamin C it needs.

I bought this product for my guinea pigs. They wouldn't drink it. When I emptied their water bottle and put fresh water in they attacked the fresh water. Definitely not worth it.

you are required to put way too much into the water for my taste. But, my guinea pigs drink it and thats all i care about.
