I have three cats and cat food can be very pricey, especially when they eat all the time. I decided to try this food after having tried several other brands. This one has worked wonders on my special needs cat. She has terrible allergies and is so picky. The only problem is that it has not helped them eat less. They only get fed in morning and at night but that does not seem to satisfy my big cats. The two that have. Slight weight problem have slimmed a bit. This is. Good product if you are looking to slim a cat and keep them healthy.

Truly Amazing

My cat is a very picky eater. I recently just moved back to the US and they do not sell the brand of food I was buying here in the US, so I was in search of a new brand. I tried everything, and my cat turned his nose up every time. I was starting to get really worried with his lack of eating and amount of stress he had after such a big move. I finally found Blue Buffalo. My cat loves this flavor especially. His coat is shiny, he put back on his regular weight, and on matter how much he eats, he stills stays at a healthy weight with this stuff. Thanks Blue Buffalo!

I have tried all the cat food brands and my cats would throw it up because it had by-products since switching to Blue Buffalo Salmon they are much healthier and have much more energy my cats are very finicky with certain foods but they love this Salmon Flavor so much

I have been feeding my cats Blue Buffalo dry food for 2 years and have noticed a big change in them. Their coats are healthy & soft, they have lots of energy and maintain a healthy weight. They also love the taste so not only is it good for them but tasty too!

If you have a cat that is a picky eater or a older cat who needs special food. Then this food is really for you.
I have a 6 year old maine coon who after 2 surgeries would not eat anything (1 surgery to removed a broken tooth) so i tried this and she is doing great on it. She is gaining weight and her coat is beautiful color now. I give this food a 5 star for nutrients price here is $35 for a 11 pound bag a little high but i don't care she is well worth every bit ^_^

My cats (all 4) love all of the wilderness food. They never leave a piece in their dish after eating. And, they never seem to get any adverse reactions from the food, whether stomach or other issues. It is the only food I buy (other flavors too) for my cats.

Quality Ingredients and company

I have worked in the Veterinary field for almost 20 years. A healthy patient is my drive in life. Proper feeding is as improtant to me.

I have researched into pet food companies. Understand the wording. It isn't as cut an dry as the ingredients, but they are important. While I am much more supprotive of ROyal Canin when it comes to prescription diets (due to results) for OTC feeding I go to the company and see how the foods are made, and their beliefs.

Blue Buffalo was started by a lovign person and has grown to a company who puts the need of our furry friends first. I was impressed. The company has a RDA department now and researches food, effects and benifits.

The food is not perfect for all pets, especially Salmon based, but for some it is a great choice. If your cat has underlying issues, the higher protien can be a bad choice. It is improtant to see your Veterinary on a regular bases. DO senior blood work, and rule out anything.

Blue Buffalo is a great food with good quality. Visit the company and you will see how improtant a good food and ingredients is to them.

My human gave me Blue Wilderness Grain Free Salmon Cat Food and wow I love it. But I eat less of it than I did my old food but I get more good nutrition and I have retained my beautiful figure. Hurrah for Blue Wilderness!!!

She Devours It!

We had our doubts our 7-year-old female calico would take to this dry food. She likes fish-oriented wet and dry food; in fact we had been giving her Fancy Feast Salmon dry food, which she liked. But the minute we opened this bag, she elbowed us out of the way to sniff the contents. She dived right in and now meows when her dish is getting low. We don't allow her -- and she isn't prone -- to over-eat but she is vocal about what she wants and likes. And she is no longer a finicky eater.

We're pleased and the extra cost of this brand is worth it to us.

Best Kibble for Cats

This food is the best kibble you can buy for your cat in any store. I switched my 6 year old cat to this food after being on 4health for months, and his allergies disappeared, his coat has never been better, his teeth are cleaner, and he's much more active, plus he eats much less on this food and maintains the same healthy weight.

Great food for a picky eater with IBS

My cat has had IBS for about 3 years now, he is a very picky eater and wouldn't eat the I/D that the vet wanted him to eat. I kept reading how many people said a grain free diet has really helped their IBS cats so I gave it a shot. I tried several other brands which I returned because he wouldn't touch it, then I bought the Wilderness and chose the salmon because he prefers fish over chicken and duck. He loves this food, I was so happy to see him eating again. He has been eating it for just over a month now and he has gained over a pound which is HUGE since he was about 5 pounds under what he should weigh. It's obvious by looking at him that he feels great too and when an IBS cat begs for his food, you know it tastes great. As long as he keeps eating it I'll keep buying it. Thanks so much Wilderness!
