Pros:
- Very bright
- Plants love it
- Fish look more vibrant

Cons:
- None

Even though this is not the suggested light for plant growth, it is still working great. I have had this light for 3 months now. I bought this on the same day I got the plant seeds and now they have grown so much that I have to prune them regularly and I do not even use substrates, fertilizer, or plant food!

I replaced the fluorescent bulb that came with my 46 gallon bowftont freshwater setup with this bulb and holy cow what a difference!!!!!!!!!!!! My tank looks absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! The colors of my fish and plants look so great, everything just pops!!! I can't stop staring at it, it's soooooo beautiful!!! I decided on this particular bulb because it came with the deluxe hood and light combo I purchased for my 29 gallon tank and it really made it look outstanding. You will not go wrong with this light!!! I highly recommend it!!!!! Will only be buying these from here on out without a doubt!!!!!
