Best way to safely clean flooring

Effectiveness
This works well on the wood and tile floors without any cleaners that would be on my dogs paws. I use it every day on the kitchen wood and through out the house where there are tiled floors, finding it particularly great on bathroom tiles. You can feel the "clean" under your feet after using it.
When this one ceases to work, I plan to get another to replace it, as I don't want to be without one!

I got this for a Christmas gift and I hate it, it takes too long to heat up and you cannot even see the steam come off the product. the floors are still wet once you steam them, it does not even clean the floors. Just a terrible product, I wish I could return it.
