Bought this for my cats b'day...First off it was VERY noisy but, all 3 cats were very interested in it. However, with the first swat at the mouse it fell off of the plastic arm....I reattached it...again first swat and it fell off again...what a worthless product....for the outrageous price I expect a product of quality...they need to make it so the 2 plastic arms "snap" together...not sure about the motor issues others were having...I never got that far before packing it back in the box to take it back to the store.
It's a Great idea but they need to put an effort into making it a better product.

I do not regret this one whatsoever ever! ,y cat LOVES IT. The only downside is that it seems expensive.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my two cats, hoping it would be something to get them more active and playing, but they didn't even get to try it out. I put it together but, when I turned it on, the mouse moved about a quarter of an inch and then refused to move any more. The concept is good but this is definitely not worth the huge price tag, if at all. Huge disappointment! Will be returning it for a refund!

All (3) adult cats love this toy! And that says a lot! Hence the 2 stars. It's even more fun for them when I placed boxes and other hiding places around it, so they could stalk the toy. The mouse isn't visible and all they did at first was watch it. So I taped the feather portion from a different toy so they could see it, and that attracted them to it much more, where they were chasing and pouncing on it. I ordered 2. One wouldn't even turn on. The other one turns itself on and off for no apparent reason. And the battery compartment is a real pain. You're going to need a TINY phillips screwdriver and good eyesight. The toy is loud, but that doesn't seem to bother them or me (I love watching my fur babies have fun!). If this were reliable, I would give it 5 stars.

My cat loved playing with this product. Unfortunately, it stopped working within the first 10 min of play the first time we used it! The controls light up, but no motion of arm. What a disappointment!

We just got this toy for our two cats and they are thrilled with it. Our older cat doesn't like to play very much, but he hopped right up and has been playing with this toy for the last hour. I've never ever seen him do this!
I wasn't expecting much from this, it is a cat toy, so it will inevitably be destroyed by cats. But I'm happy with it for doing what it is intended to do, entertain my cats.

The concept is great! Keep kitty's claws away from my hands and feet. I supervised my kitten and let him check it out as the toy ran for about 20 minutes. I turned it off and put it away. Later that day, I turned the toy on again but only "slow" would work. I had to remove the batteries to turn it off. I returned it to the store for refund. My kitty enjoyed sitting in the box it came in more than listening to the loud buzz.

Waste of money. I put this together & turned it on & the mouse almost immediately fell off of the plastic arm. We have tile floors & as soon as the mouse hits the grout between the tiles it falls off. Any time my cats try to play with it (batting at the moving mouse or the fabric) the mouse falls off. We moved it to the carpet & a rug to see if it would work & the mouse wouldn't even move. My husband tried to super glue it all together & it still fell apart. Great idea but very poorly executed.
