This product is similar to CareFRESH hide and seek nestables. I like this better because it comes in larger bags. Still, I don't use this as my hamsters primary bedding. What I do is use CareFRESH advanced odor control pet bedding, and sprinkle an inch of this on top of the bedding on one side. My hamster likes different things to burrow in, so this is great. I think it does a fairly good job of controlling odor. I replace it every week and its never very stinky. Overall, I like this a lot and the color choices are cute since I have a purple cage and I can get matching bedding!

I used to buy the Carefresh colors bedding but it didn't seem to control odor very well. So I figured I would try this. It's slightly better but not what I was hoping for. Ill just continue to experiment.

my 3 guinea pigs love this bedding. It keeps them away from their droppings and urine so their coats are always dry and odor free. i change it every 3 days and it is so efficient. I have tried all the beddings available and this is by far the best!
