I received this tank about a week ago. When I opened the package the entire tank was shattered, there was glass everywhere! I called Petsmart and told them about the situation, and without hesitation they put in an order for a replacement with 2-day shipping. They didn't even make me go through the hassle of returning it since there was so much broken glass! My new tank is not broken and it looks amazing! My fish and frogs will be super happy to see the upgraded tank once it runs its water cycle.

I love this tank! Looks great, is sturdy and is a nice size. The filter is absolutely silent, you can't hear it at all, which is nice! I really like the design of the hood and the look of it. How the feeding lid is across the whole tank instead of just a small little opening, and also the light fixture design. The light electrical area is separated from the water, and also the light can detach from the hood. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that my hood frame is bent a little bit. Overall, I think this is a really nice tank, the tank and the filter are both good quality and the price for the set up is good.

I ordered this kit a few weeks ago, and I just got it setup a few days ago. I used this tank to upgrade from my 10 gallon. I have to say that I didn't use the hood, or the filter that came with it, because I have a Marineland Single Bright LED light, a glass hood and a Fluval U2 internal filter. But I like that i'll have a backup filter if something goes wrong with my current filter.
The glass the tank is made from is clear, and strong, the seams are put together well, and doesn't distract you from enjoying my fish in it.

I just got this tank for Christmas. Everything is so straight forward in the instructions. The only thing that confused me was that you have to actually cut out the designated places depending on where you want your filter and heater.
I obviously don't have any fish in it yet or water, but I LOVE the way this tan looks. In the picture on the website it looks more like a long low tank, whereas the front panel is almost square. It still has quite a bit of surface area, but it looks pretty tall, too.
I've heard some people complain about the sealant on the seams- mine looks absolutely fine and doesn't appear distracting at all.
The glass is extremely clear and distortion-free. I could almsot see my reflection in it. I've paired this with the Top Fin submersible 100 watt heater.
I don't know how the filter sounds or if it's too noisy or not, but I have several other aquariums in my room that make a ton of noise- the little one especially- and they never bother me. I will say that when I took the filter out of the box, it was HUGE. Way bigger then I expected and I was like "This will take up to much space in my aquarium!" But actually, (I found upon further investigation) it sits outside the tank ^.^
We have to cut a sheet of glass to set it on before I can fill this with water, but I'm so excited to and I can't wait to see how my new aquarium looks with water, gravel, decor, and (in a couple weeks) FISH!!!

Tank works great, I bought this as an upgrade, we had a 10 gallon tank, worked great, but wanted something bigger. Well, it is definitely bigger, and holds twice the amount of fish, works great for it's purpose.

I bought this Tetra kit over the other 20 gallon kits because of the (slightly) lower price, and the fact that I trust Tetra to be a good name in fish supplies. The lifetime warranty (that you must meet the requirements for) was also a huge bonus.
The only thing I don't like about this aquarium are the seams and rectangle shape, but unfortunately I can't afford an acrylic tank of the same size as they're much more expensive, and harder to find. But I will say that this tank is quite beautiful to look at in full setup, despite the rigid corners. So a small nuisance, but that's just my opinion.
Everything went together easily, I think it only took me about 20 minutes to get everything together, and that's with adding all the water. The nitrogen cycle completed itself within the week, and I now have 4 silver tip tetras, 5 flame tail Endler's livebearers and one Dwarf Gourami living happily together three weeks after purchasing this tank.
The filter that comes with this tank is huge! I was surprised after removing it from the box to see how big it actually was. And it does a great job of keeping my water clear as glass. It does tend to rattle/whirr a little if it gets bumped (or I step on a creaky floorboard that runs under the stand), but the waterfall sound effect it creates masks it somewhat, and it doesn't really bother me, even when I'm sleeping. It's not too turbulent for my little livebearers either, which is nice considering how large the filter flow is.
All of the decorations, plants and rocks in my setup came from PetSmart as well (and my fish, save for the silver tips). I really enjoy the variety of supplies and decorations they offer. It was great having more than one or two options when it came to which tank I wanted.

This tank is amazing! I had this tank for almost 5 years and it was the best tank ever! I had put the fishkeeping hobby away after I got this tank for almost 5 years. While I had this tank, I loved it. I had the tackiest setup in the world, but it was my own aquarium, and I was proud of it. This is an excellent tank and a great bang for your buck!

I just bought and installed this tank and it looks great. You can't here the filter at all. The price was good, but remember, the tank kit is $70, but when you buy fish, rocks for the bottom, and decor it adds up to about $150. So over all this is a great product and I would recomend it to anyone who wants a tank.
