This Cage Is Pretty Nice I Have To Admit. My Only Problem Is The Loft If You Put It In The Way It Shows In The Picture The Loft Can Literally Flip Around (Turn) Also The Tubes, They Are Pretty Hard To Connect Together The Water Bottle I Haven't Used Becausse I Get My Hamster The Day After Christmas As A Present But The Water Bottle Smelled Like Plastic. The Food Bowl Is Plastic So You Might Need To Get A Ceramic Like Me And Also Get A New Water Bottle The Wheel Might Need To Be Replaced But It Is Pretty Queit For Me.I Have Not Cleaned It Yet So I Just Marked A Random Answer Because This Is My First Reveiw.

you get what you pay for. i exchanged the critter trail extreme cage for this one and couldn't be happier. it is easy to clean and manage and the wheel design is much better than the 'bubble' design for other cages. it seemed the 'bubble' allowed for any waste to remain in the wheel and then cover the animal. the open design for this wheel is much more sanitary for the hamster and for the little hands which will be holding her. my son also enjoys that he is able to change up the tube design for new creations.

Pros: stylish, easy to clean, sturdy

I recently bought this cage for my new panda bear hamster. The cage was kinda hard to put together, the water bottle was very hard to put on the cage and I haven't even tried getting it off just because its so hard to put on. The tubes were the worst problem of all! The tube attachments were very hard to put together and take off, super hard to connect, but after all the trouble putting the tubes together the cage was finished. I have to say the first day I got the wheel I was confident that it wouldn't keep me up at night, boy was I wrong! The wheel wobbles and I sleep with my tv on so I thought it would block out the noise. She wakes me up at night many times and around 11:00 she really spins on it when I'm trying to sleep. So I recommend getting a silent wheel for sure if the cage is in your room. The cage is very sturdy and the picture of the cagemakes it look like the wires are large, but they are only a centimeter so there is no way they can get out without you knowing. The good thing about this cage is it is very easy to clean, that was one of my biggest problems is about the cleaning, but basically all you are doing is rebuilding it.

This cage was the first cage and hamster I ever bought. I was afraid that my hamster will escape its cage and run around my house, but this cage did the job. I was also afraid that the wheel will disturb me while I sleep (because the cage won't be to far from me when I sleep) but the wheel is whisper quiet, not a peep. Also I wanted to put my hamster in my garage but my brother had a hamster and his died for that reason so I will not. Anyways, amazing cage hamster won't escape. I highly recommend this cage. If you are afraid of the hamster still escaping you can put the cage in a fish tank. I did this and everything worked perfect. Get This Cage!!!!!!!!!!

Bought this cage today after returning another from the same manufacturer. I was skeptical since I had so many problems with the first one, but decided on this one anyway. My hamster LOVES it. He doesn't have a hard time getting up into the tubes (he's a dwarf white russian) and loves the look out. It was also easy to assemble.

Got this cage for my daughters birthday along with hamster. VERY easy to put together, didn't even look at the directions. Took 5 minutes to completely set up. NO noise from wheel at all. Bought dwarf hamster, so my daughter put one of the chew logs under tube on one side and little house close to tube on other side, hamster was totally able to reach tubes to climb up. Almost didn't buy this cage b/c of other reviews saying loud wheel and hard to put together. SO GLAD WE GOT IT. It's been great. much better than cages I had when I was younger. Easy to clean. Get a bottle brush to clean inside tubes without taking all apart each time.

I LOVE this cage it is fun but there is a problem with it. The first picture or the biggest picture on the box, my hamster wont go down from it. Since my hamster is a baby, he must be afraid of going down. He can go up, but never have I seen him go down. I had to switch the design because he wouldn't go down. Also since I switched it there is a hole in the top. I have to buy another topper thing so he doesn't escape from it.

I bought this hamster cage as my first ever hamster cage. I love it and so does my hamster! It's VERY roomy for my hamster and well secure. My hamster still hasn't used/seen the tubes and it the reason is because they are to high. I will have to buy two more small tubes to connect to the other tubes so that my dwarf hamster can reach the tubes. If you have a dwarf hamster, like me, then it would be a good idea if you bought two more short tubes and connect them with the other tubes that come with the cage. One thing I didn't like though was how LOUD the wheel was! I mean, sure I'm not used to having a hamster but COME on! I'm sure I will get used to the sound soon enough so i'm not worried about that. I would recommend this cage to anybody with a hamster, but I'm not sure about other small animals. But if you have a dwarf hamster it would be a good idea if you bought a few more tubes, just saying.

I love this cage, I like the tubes and how you can rearrange them. My hammi loves the blue thing attached to the tubes. I call it the moon. I'm investing in a Flying saucer wheel. The wheel it comes with very noisy. My hammi likes to crawl ON the bars which inst that big of deal .... As long as he doesn't figure out how to get out. This is a good product worth your money.

this is by far the best cage. i like hoe you can remake the tubes in any way shape or form and my hammie loves it. i connected this my my discovery habitat and he is having a blast running in and out.
