I purchased this product for use with my lab/whippet who is constantly slipping her harness and collar. I used it to connect the harness and collar together. I didn't feel that it was very safe though because the little metal pieces you use to adjust the size seem thin and like they might break easily. I also have a smaller terrier that I wouldn't trust using it with --even if I were using it in the intended way -- because he is a puller. It just seems that if too much strain is put on the little metal slides they might break. I would probably trust it with smaller dogs who don't pull.

When I first went shopping for my new puppy I bought only one leash. I came home with 2 puppies. I was pleased to find that there was a product that didn't require the use of both of my hands. My only issue is the size I bought is a little too small for my minpins. They get so excited to go walking that they get tangled up. It also leads to issues of potty breaks. They don't use the bathroom at the same time and one pulls on the other in the middle of their business. I do recommend this product for any one with multiple puppies!
