I have to say I love this collar! I have a black lab/mix with hip dysplasia in his left hip (his 1years old) and have been using a harness, but using a harness he kept pulling me and I had no control. I then heard about this collar from friend of mine and had to try it and what a huge difference. No pulling and it was much easier on his hip. When walking him with a harness with all the pulling he did, his hip would end up bothering him and I could tell by when standing on his foot it would be flat. After a walk for the first time on this new collar no issue with his foot going flat and I was able to walk him a much longer distance.
If you have the collar properly on it will not choke them. It needs to be up towards their ears and on a little tighter than a normal collar. When correcting them you need to make sure you pop the leash correctly as well. It will take a couple of times but then it will become natural.
I would like a more variety of color/styles.

This is a plain simple collar. It is strong and easy to adjust. Not the fanciest collar but efficient. Only drawbacks are if you have a dog that pulls they tend to choke themselves with it and it can be harder to control them I only used this collar for short walks or in stores and to hold his tags. If we go for long walks I use a harness.
Pros: durable, comfortable

I have two collars for my Lab and Vizsla. In the summer time they have chock chains since they dry easily. But in the winter time, it gets so cold, and the snow packs in the chain it gets really cold around their neck. I wanted them to have a chock chain like collar at all times, because I don't want them to back out of the collar. With these, their is not way for them to back out. I really like them!
