My 3 pomeranians have "accidents" frequently. Having previously used other steam cleaners, this Bissell is fantastic! It not only cleaned their current stains but also old ones. The carpet looks great. The attachments work well which is a pleasant surprise.
Pros: smell, easy to use, removes stains

Good vacuum but pet hair eraser not effective

The vacuum itself works very well, but the pet hair eraser attachment is not working for me. The brush does not spin well at all, and it picks up almost no hair. I requested a new eraser attachment and it has the same problem.
