In these tough economic times we have to work within a budget. Trying to buy healthy food for your pets and save money is hard. So when I saw these in the checkout aisle at Petsmart I thought I would give them a try. I really liked the fact that they were just plain dehydrated sweet potatoes. My dog loves the crunchy, chewy, sweet taste. They are her favorite treats. Since she only gets a treat twice a day we alternate with Sweet Tater Fries and Science Diet Beef Jerky. Gypsy won't take any other treats now so I hope they don't stop making these!!

When I first saw these in the checkout aisle at PetSmart with wheat-free on the bag, I bought them to see if my dog would like the taste. Like, it wasn't like it was LOVE for her! She gets one daily and will pester me if I forget. These treats are healthy and I hope Carolina Prime never stops making them! Anytime they go on sale I will grab several bags so my pup never goes without!

Great nutritional snack; my dog loves these, however can get costly especially for a 70 pound dog. Can't go wrong from a nutritional standpoint.

My 3 yorkies love these. They are just dehydrated sweet potatoes, so very good for them. They were 2.99 and I wish they did not go up to 3.99 a package. I guess it is a matter of supply and demand?

I was a little skeptical of giving a dog with sensitive stomach issues and gas, sweet potatoes. As it turns out, these do not have the same effect as they do on humans. They are a natural stool hardener and this particular brand is nothing except dehydrated sweet potato. No other ingredients.
The dogs love them! I have been attempting to dehydrate my own but am not having much luck so far. I'll keep trying though. This could get expensive.

Pros: taste, price, dog loves it, high quality ingredients
