ExquisiCat(r) Naturals Fragrance Free Corn Cat Litter

Made from real corn, ExquisiCat Naturals Fragrance Free Corn Cat Litter controls odors naturally. It's clumping, highly absorbent and can take as many uses as a bag more than twice its weight of typical scoop litter.

This litter is Awful

I really had high hopes for this litter. It is just awful. Tracks everywhere, dirty, no odor control, and will not flush. I don't understand how anyone uses this. My large bag got put in the trash today - one day after purchase, and I am going back to my old corn litter. It's not worth it at half the price.
Cons: Doesn't Eliminate Odor, messy, Hard to Sift

Not as good as Wheat

This does an okay job with odor but it doesn't clump nearly as well as the wheat litter. The granules are smaller than the wheat version of this litter and it's also a little dustier.

Exquisite Corn Cat Litter

I have used many a cat litter. Clay is stinky, messy and doesn't do an adequate job of clumping with more than on cat. I have used wheat and corn litters. I have just changed from WB cat litter because of the change in weight options and cost. I am now using Exquisite corn litter and find it works just as well for a little less and I have no smell like the other wheat and clay litters. If you scoop at least once a day for one cat and at least twice a day for two cats, you won't have any smells. Smelly cat litters means you are not cleaning or are using a litter that allow the growth of bacteria.
Pros: eliminates odor, low dust, easy to clean

Stinky, doesn't clump

Not a fan of this litter at all. I have an automatic litterbox (Litter Robot) and I used to use World's Best with it. It worked great. My cat started to have allergies and we thought it was the litter so I switched to a clay litter. He's since been exposed to corn and had no adverse reactions so that wasn't what he was allergic to so I decided to give World's Best a try, but didn't want to spend the $ so I tried Exquisicat. It does an AWFUL job on odor and my room that I keep the litter box in always smells awful like wet litter. It doesn't clump and always stays wet. Overall a real dreadful litter.

Best biodegradable clumping litter on the market

I have 3, 2 year old females. I have used other corn based litters in the past because they are biodegradable, none of them clumps as well or keeps the odor under control. Also this litter hardly tracks at all, where the others - being so light were all over the house. I have one litter box for all 3 girls, and clean it once a day - there is no ammonia smell at all and no dust to cause any problems. With the first bag, the girls took to it immediately. The other thing I like with this litter, it doesn't cling to the scoop making it difficult to get off. The clumps are solid and don't break apart when they cover their movements. Further it is totally fragrance free so any owners that have fragrance allergies should be okay with it. I would highly recommend this litter to any cat owner.

I'm with the reviewer who said "I don't hate my cats anymore". Didn't know this existed until I spoke to a small rescue shelter recently, who said they switched to it. Tried the Arm & Hammer first but returned it; fragrance overload. Use only unscented in corn and just tried the wheat. They are very similar. Nice natural smell and no dust flying all over the house. Even better, the stuff is much lighter than clay so the pans are easier to lift. It seems to go a long way, too, a bag lasts longer than I expected. And the coup de grace: no more sticky, caked on goop on my scooper tool or the sides/bottom of the pans!!!! Lovin' it!!!! Never failed with the clay/clump that I'd no sooner wash the scooper tool and the first delve into the pan, I'd spear a fresh clump of urine and my scoop would look like it had Quikrete all over it........so mad!! Now I can laugh at the clumps and love my kitties.
Pros: easy to clean, eliminates odor, low dust

The best!

There is no match for Exquisicat Corn as far as non-clay litters go, it's wonderful!
The dust is almost non-existent, it clumps very well, and the granules are too big for kitty to track all over the house. We scoop her box once/day, and odor has never been a problem.
Pros: eliminates odor, low dust, easy to clean

I have 5 cats and have been using World's Best Cat Litter for the past several years but found it to be on the expensive side. I purchased Exquisicat (corn) and it clumps harder than the previous litter. I have 2 litter boxes in my computer room and I love that it is dust free and fragrance free. I am definitely going to purchase it again.

My rescued kitty had 5 kittens 5 weeks ago. I experimented with every.single.brand of natural litter to prepare for litter training the babies. From the "they're really charging how much for litter???" brands to the more reasonably priced, this litter wins hands down! NO dust, it clumps and feels like the scoopable clay litters. My cat refused to use the wheat litter, had a differing opinion of the supposed world's best, and vomited in 2 others from the perfume! I did end up adding some zeolite to help control the odor when she got ringworm and was using it heavily, but overall, this litter is great! The only downside I can find is it only comes in the 14 pound bag. I'd love to see some larger sizes offered!

I've been using "the world;s best cat litter" for about a year and I've been happy with everything but the price. This performs as well and cost less, so I've switched over and my four cats haven't seemed to notice any change. I love this corn based litter because we have the litterbox in a closet outside the downstairs bathroom, which allows the cats to go as they need to in private and allows me to flush whatever they leave behind right away. No litter can stop all smells, and somethings smell by definition. Flushing waste is the best way to get it out of your house. That's why we have flushable toliets. Until cat's can all flush for themselves, having a litter that allows you to flush the clumps away is the next best thing. The corn litter is also biodegradable, so we aren't perserving the litterbox leavings for years to come. It's very absorbant and my cat's don't seem to notice the differernce from traditional clay litter. I like to give a bag to friends with cat's so they can try it. It's better to give than to spend time talking about cat waste. Once they try it with their cat's, they are amazed at how much easier it is to flush, and how much better their house smells when you don't have to put it in the trashbasket. Hooray for corn!

Product infested with moths

I've used Exquisicat in the past with no problems - but this bag is infested with some kind of moth which has now infested my laundry room with tiny worms and the moths are everywhere in the downstairs. Not sure if it came from the PetSmart store or from the Exquisicat plant, but no way will I take the chance again. You can't imagine the mess.

Amazing litter

I've been using this litter for about a year. Well, I haven't been. My cats have been. ;) We all positively love it. It clumps hard for a long time. (The clumps soften a bit as the "batch" in the litter box ages.) As long as you flush the kitty presents daily, you shouldn't notice any telltale ammonia odor. I have six cats and use two three-foot underbed storage bins as litter boxes. They have their own bathroom. I can't imagine what the house would smell like with regular flushable litter. As long as PetSmart keeps cranking out this stuff, I won't have to. My only complaint is that it isn't sold in giant industrial size pails.

BEST LITTER

I love this litter. It is virtually dust-free and has no perfume. To me it has a very fresh smell. It clumps really well and does not stick to the litter pan so the pan stays cleaner.
I love the fact that it is natural and that my cats aren't ingesting clay or perfumes. I clean my litter box once daily for two cats and never notice any odor.
I changed to this litter over a year ago after using clumping clay litter for years and was thrilled with the reduction of dust in my whole house.
One cautions - don't mix it with clay litter because it doesn't work well when mixed. I offered my cats a choice when I switched and they did not hestitate to use the corn litter.

I use this product and have been very satisfied with it. It is comparable to the other corn litters out there and costs much less. Try it, you'll like it.
