I highly recommend this! Especially for small spaces... and I imagine it would work great for multiple cats. I have to think about when to clean the litter box now because I never smell it. When I open the top to clean it, instead of being bombarded with ammonia and horrible smells, all you smell is pine! Urine disintegrates the pellets, so scooping that part out is easy... They need to make a litter scooper that the pellets slip through when scooping feces however. Also, instead of having to completely change the litter every week, I can make it two and a half weeks before feeling like I need to change everything- not because it smells but just for cleanliness. The fact that it is natural makes me feel better about the environmental impact, and I feel like my cat likes it better too. I have heard poor litters can cause urinary tract infections and kidney problems over the long run, and using something more natural than clay seems to be a smart choice. Additionally, since they are pellets my cat rarely kicks them out of the box and she used to be a master litter kicker. Since it lasts longer and is cheaper per pound anyway, you also save alot of money. NO BRAINER. GET THIS STUFF. It's amazing. No pet odors can be found in my tiny apartment (:

I LOVE it, I have 4 cats and they love it also, I mixed it wit the normal cat litter that i as using for about 3 changes and now I'm 100% the pine litter and I have no order, and very little dust, the clean up is easy it's just a small amount of dust. With the old clay litter I was finding littler through out the house and it had to be changed every other day. I have 2 littler boxes with 4 cat and I only have to change it once a week and it only takes about 4 12oz cups of the new pine litter. I scoop out the solid and the urine has no smell at all. My oldest cat is 13 and he had no problem gettng use o te new littler, as long as you slowly add to th old litter and then go 100%. I would recommend this to any one, I told my mother-in-law about it and now that i al she uses also.

i like this product because it's natural. it smells like pine not like a "cover up" smell. it also last a very long time. it does take some getting use to removing the "used" product, especially after using a clumping litter. the price is right!

Absolutely the BEST cat litter for multiple cat homes and for those picky kitties. With 12 rescue kitties that all have certain urinary issues we have tried literally every brand out there. EquisiCat Pine litter is AWESOME! No ammonia, no odors period! Inexpensive enough to be kept changed frequently. Bonus points for no perfumes that are irritating to both kitties and humans. Highly recommend.

I tried switching to this litter to replace a clay litter I had that had an excessive amount of dust. My cats went on strike. They REFUSED to use the litter box. It hurt their feet. As far as smell, I love the pine smell. It smells awesome. However it was a pain in the butt trying to scoop out the used portion. It falls apart and then I can't scoop it. So my cats are walking around in used litter. Another downside is, when I scoop out the litter I can't separate the unused from the used. So I end up wasting money because the pellets are too big to go through the scooper. The used portion breaks apart and falls through the scooper and the unused stays in the scooper. I returned it for a clay and dust free litter that is wonderful and affordable.

I have three cats; one carried clumping litter throughout the house in his paws. With the pine pellets, almost none leaves the litter box. It smells fresh. It is easy to remove the lumps and even the "sawdust" created when it becomes wet. After removal I add a few handsful to the top. Complete replacement only when I wash the litter boxes. It is more economical.

I used the clay litter forever, and hated the ordor, mess and clean up. Switched to pellets recently, for the lower dust... Better, but difficult to clean up and still tracked. Switched to exquisicat pine a few months ago, and LOVE it! Controls ordor extremely well, and I have 3 cats! Easy clean up,
Not heavy. Also, the most affordable I've found! just scoop and "fluff" up the litter....awesome! :)

I've been using ExquisiCat Pine for 10+ yrs & used Feline Pine before that. ExquisiCat is exactly the same but less expensive. I love that a little goes a long way. I don't even cover the bottom of the pan because it expands as it's used, maybe use 1/3 -1/2 cup each time I change it. It has super absorbency for moisture and odor. My cats love it! Works well for several cats. Super easy clean-up, not hard to separate the clean pellets from the rest. Can flush it all when necessary. 1 bag lasts 6+ mos for 2 boxes. Love it! What a deal!!

I have 6 cats and this litter is the best I have found. It scoops well and leaves no cat box odor. I also use less litter in my pans which makes it economical for me. I would especially recommend this brand to anyone who lives in a multiple cat household.

No more gritty litter through out the house. No odor because pine absorbs amonia. Cat like it right away. Flushable

I initially started using Feline Pine 13 years ago. I always searched for a less expensive and comparable product. ExquisiCat Pine cat litter answered that need. I have never used a product that answered the odor, cleaning and economy questions like ExquisiCat Pine. When we moved cross-country over a year ago, I brought two medium bags with me because I wasn't sure I would easily find this product. Fourteen months later and I still have enough to hold me until I can get to Petsmart in Macon. Thank you ExquisiCat for this fabulous product.

Pellet litter works IF you have the right box.

What a lot of people don't understand is that with the pellet type litter it is almost essential to have a sifting litter box. The urine turns the pellets into sawdust and you sift that out of the clean intact pellets. So you aren't scooping the number one at all only number two. As long as the product is used in a manner that makes sense it works great. Just line the pan underneath with a plastic bag and all you do is pull it out and toss! No mess or problems. And the tracking issue is so much better than with clay litter. Having the sifting box means the sawdust doesn't get tracked either.

No more urine smell

I got sick of the urine odor (even with daily cleaning) from the litter box and the virtual beach that was left all over the floor so I switched to pine pellets. I have been using this product for a few years now and would NEVER switch to anything else. It completely absorbs the urine odor! Although the pellets don't "sift" like the clay or corn litter, I don't find it takes me any more time to clean the litter box daily than it did with clay litter (as some other reviewer said). You don't have to scoop urine anymore, so how could it take longer? If you are tired of the mess/odor with conventional litter, you must try this.

Like many of us "cat lovers" out there, I am just so sick of the litter mess that is around the litter box and every where else on the floor. I gave this product a shot, although I was pretty hesitant at first, thinking my 5 year old female cat will refuse to use it since she was used to the clay litter all her life. Thankfully, she used it without any problems at all. The pine litter is just what the package says "super absorbency" I can't smell the urine AT ALL!!! only thing I can smell is the fresh scent of pine. This stuff is really great, I highly recommend this product. I bought this from the petsmart store for $9.99 (30 lbs) Way better deal than the fresh step, my previous brand.

I have been using this product for a year now and 3years before that Feline Pine, which is basically the same thing. I LOVE this product because it hides the smell of urine, and doesn't track all over the place! I had a bit of a problem scooping the feces but if you want to know a little inside info for those who have the same problem, you can go to the feline pine web site and get a special scooper that works perfect for this product. It has bigger holes for the larger pellets to drop through. They even offer a litter pan that I haven't purchased that sifts the litter at changing time, so the pellets not turned to sawdust is saved. This way you don't throw away good litter and just add more to it.

pros: natural wood pellets as apposed to the synthetic clay litter
can just filter out the waste & keep good pellets in litter box
very affordable
cons: lengthier cleaning process could be hindering for some but i didnt really mind this much.
not very odor absorbing
despite it all though i have to say i'll never go back to the clay litter.

We decided to check out a different litter after 3 years of using Tidy Cats because we are sick of the dust, litter tracked into every room of the house, and litter getting crushed into our black upholstry. We have three cats so we go through a lot of litter. No, the this litter doesn't sift well when picking up solids but our cats leave it on the top and there is absolutely no odor coming from the cat box so we don't have an issue with the litter not sifting. Yes, the spots they urinate on turns to something more like saw dust but scoops easy and doesn't smell either. It is also more absorbant than our old litter and we don't have to add new litter to the box every time we clean it to add more clean scent since there is no odor coming out of the litter box. We like it, the cats dig it, 5 out of 5 for us. We'll never go back to the other stuff.

My Seal Snow Lynx Point bengal was on Feline Pine at his breeder. I've never used pine cat litter in pellet form before and wanted the transition to his new home to be as easy as possible. I bought this due to the affordability and the large size of the bags. I purchased the 40 lb bag and regretted it immediately. First of all it turned out my allergies went haywire over the pine. I would sneeze constantly when I was around it and having the kitten in my room the first few weeks was torture. I couldn't breathe if I picked him up, I'd sneeze, and my eyes ran/itched all the time. The pieces tracked everywhere and let me tell you, stepping on one at 3 am when I get up for work HURTS! The odor control was not nearly as great as any other cat litter and cleaning the box was awful! It would fall apart where he would urinate and it made it impossible to scoop. I switched him to Tidy Cats and the allergies are gone and I can now SCOOP his box daily. If you have any sort of outdoor allergies I'd stay away from this litter!

I have been using the pine litter for about 15 years. Used Feline Pine in the past but since I found ExquisiCat Pine and its cheaper I am very happy. At first it takes a bit for the cats to get used to it but once they use it they seemed happy with it. I also have scooping litter in several litter boxes also. The only down fall, I hate is scooping the pine litter - It seems to take much longer than the clumping litter. It absorbs/hides the amonia smell from the urine and that Greaatt! I like that its much lighter and the trash isnt bogged down like with the clumping litter, i have many cats so the trash can get quite heavy.
I highly recommend this litter
