Silver sides are a decent food to feed as a staple or treat,i feed my piranhas silver sides . about once a week.they much on them and eat them whole,they don't make a mess.be sure to feed at least 3 silver's a fish,or they will fight for them if given too little.before feeding have a bowl or something that can can hold water,go to your sink and rinse them with hot water or warm,rinse about twice pick quantity that your fish will be given and leave them in the bowl for about ten minutes til they softens,you don't want to give them still frozen.get your fishes attention but don't place your fingers in water or else they will think its food. happened to me before.then look at you fishes eat yum yum-til next week
