My two ferrets were on this when I got them... It's a good food with meat listed in the first three ingredients but I mix this with a higher protein kitten food and a "cheap" ferret food(mainly just to make their food go farther lol). I also like to add ferretone so that I know they meet all of their nutritional needs. They really seem to like this food and it IS a great choice for nutritional purposes! It doesn't leave them with an awful odor like the ferret food others have reviewed ... My only critique is the price(it is pretty expensive and they go through a lot)!
