So, I have been feeding my big boy this stuff for a while now. I originally got it at my local store because I was looking for a "healthy" alternative to the more expensive healthy foods I was buying @ the local pet shop. However, This one little issue keeps crossing my mind and, that is I wonder how "healthy" this REALLY is because it's a factory manufactured food from one of the big corporate guys in the pet food industry. That makes me wonder if it really is all that they say it is.

That said, I do have to admit that my big guy seems to like it so much that even when I put some of the more expensive healthy food in his bowl, he will not eat it.

So, for the most part, I am satisfied with Purina One Beyond but, I still wonder how truly healthy it is knowing that it is made by purina.

Two 16 year old siamese mix male cats have been with us since tiny kittens. One is diabetic and on insulin daily, both have had severe urinary problems in the past. Our vet put the diabetic cat on hypoallergenic WD because he wasn't tolerating regular dry or wet food well ( throwing up ). A friend gave us a box of One Beyond Purina dry cat food and we carefully put a small bowl of food down for the cats to try. They ate the lot! Within minutes! We stood back and waited. Nothing. They wandered around sniffing for more. Noone was sick. We mixed in the One Beyond with the prescription until the prescription food was finished. One month later, both cats are shiny and bouncy and happy and a bug in the house doesn't have a chance if it flies past one of them. We have bought the salmon and rice and chicken product and both are loved by these cats. We are giving them wet food in the morning because they are old and need a break but the dry is tolerated extremely well too. Great product and happy to give it a 10 out of 10! Our rescue dog now has two playmates instead of sleepers.

Two of my four adult cats had dandruff problems until they began eating Purina One Beyond salmon formula. Now there is no dander in the brush and the black cat's coat is shiny and clear. I recommend it highly, just wish I could find larger bags in the grocery store.

I look at my cat's old food and it was full of fillers and by-products. My cat Smokey just loves this food and I know it is all natural and good for her. I like that it has more protein than other cat foods.

My cats love the new "One beyond". I buy the salmon flavor.
They use to eat Purina One salmon. They loved it too. When I read the ingredients and realized "one beyond" has better ingredients, I switched them. They eat good and they look great. One cat use to throw up occasionally and he stopped when I switched the food to One Beyond. I like to give them variety so I will try chicken next. It's fine that the bag is recyclable and they use solar power but that has nothing to do with me buying it. I do get a 1/2 pound less then Purina one but the ingredients are better so I don't mind.

My Indoor Cat Loves This!

I have 7 cats, and recently, I bought a bag of Purina One Beyond at PetSmart for all of them. I'm one of those pet owners who tries to avoid feeding any cat food to my cats that contains by-products, artificial ingredients, or any other unhealthy ingredients. I had been feeding them Purina Cat Chow Naturals for quite awhile, but I was anxious to try them on Purina One Beyond, after reading about it online. They ate this food pretty well, but not as well as the Purina Naturals. Well, just recently, I was in for a surprise! I found out that my indoor cat, Cassidy, likes the Purina One Beyond, better than the Purina Naturals! I keep a bowl of the Naturals and a bowl of the Purina Beyond food for her, along with a bowl of water, and she always goes straight to the Purina Beyond food bowl, whenever she's hungry. I think I may have to start buying the Purina One Beyond for Cassidy and the Purina Naturals for my outdoor cats. At least i know that all of my babies will be eating healthy. This is, by far, the healthiest pet food ever created by Purina. I highly recommend it!

I have done as much research as I could on finding a really healthy food for my 3 cats. They were on Science Diet Indoor Adult since they became adult cats and then I tried them on Blue Buffalo (they would not eat that one). They also would not eat Nature's Best by Science Diet, so I went into this review website and thought that I would try this one. Well, I couldn't be more pleased... I returned the Nature's Best and bought this one (which is on sale now) and when I got home, I put a small amount in their bowls along with their other food and they picked out all the One Beyond and left the old food in the dishes! I am so thrilled to finally find something that is wonderful for them and something they love!

I have been feeding my two Himalayan cats a "premium" dry food for several years. After opening a new bag one of my boys had a very strange reaction - he would back away from the food bowl and shake his head. I had noticed that the kibble in that new bag seemed to be harder and dryer than usual. Persian cats can have problems eating because of their little flat faces, so I started the search for something easier for them to eat. I tried about five different foods and the Purina One Beyond was their choice paws down! They love it and have no problem with the kibble. It is more rounded and easier for them to eat. And I am very happy with the ingredients. No corn or wheat. I am appalled by some of the trash ingredients found in other cat foods, even the more expensive ones. This food confirms the high opinion I have always had of Purina products. They have been eating this for only a few days but it appears to be working for them. Oh, and no unpleasant side effects in the litter box, even though we made an abrupt change of foods.

My cats are normally fed Royal Canin catfoods but I've been concerned about the amount of corn gluten and corn in their products. I saw the Purina One Beyond at Petsmart today and decided to check it out. The ingredients looked as good as other premium brands I've used and even better than Purina's Pro Plan line of cat food. I decided the price was right on a small bag and purchased. I filled a food dish half full and put it down in front of my two cats. Well, within 15 minutes I could see the bottom of the bown! They devoured it. Now, they had their regular food available so they weren't starved, they seemed to really like the Purina One Beyond! As long as they stay healthy and love this food, I'm going to continue to feed it to them and in addition, save some money over the other premium brands they've been getting!

I like to feed my cats healthy brands of food. I use Blue Buffalo brand dry food and Purina Naturals, which they all seem to like well enough. I first saw Purina One Beyond in a small size box at a food store and thought it sounded healthy and the price was right, so I decided to give it a whirl. Wow, all three of my kitties (who can be very picky) took to it right away and it's quickly become a favorite. The food dish empties faster when they are fed 'Beyond'. I'm thrilled to have found something that is so healthy for them and also so tasty. I've only been using this food for a month or so but I can tell you right now that's it's going to be a regular part of their daily diet regime. This is a great find! This and Purina Naturals I highly recommend.
