I have a small dog and when i go to my mom's house or a friends house i take it with me so he can play in it very easy to use

Perfect for long hours away from home

I have never believed in crate training so this was my alternative method. I have a chihuahua puppy and I have more than enough room for her peepad, dog bed, food, water, toys and even some extra room just to have a little space. I made sure to leave the mesh door up for her to explore it for a couple of days and realize its a safe comfortable place. I go to school and my husband works so this is a perfectly safe and roomy environment on days that we are gone for several hours at a time. It's not terribly unattractive so even when we are home we leave it open and a lot of the times her and our other(already trained) chihuahua choose to spend time in there. It's just a matter of giving the dog a special treat when they go in there and having chew toys and other items to occupy their time. The only con MIGHT be that if you have a larger puppy they could mess up the mesh, even though it is durable it is still mesh.
