I've got a 28 pound shitzu-poodle that thinks he's a rotty. He slipped standard collars and broke two other harnesses. This harness held up thru all his twists and tugs and lunges. It was easy to slip on (easier if your dog can be trained to lift one paw then the other )The D rings and mesh held up thru all kinds of weather for 2 full years. I'm heading out to buy a new one today.

My Chihuahua Daschund mix is very hard to fit with items, but he almost always wears a medium in stuff on the lowest adjustment possible. I got him a medium and it fit excellent for his chest and the length was nice, but it was nearly impossible to adjust the waist to an acceptable length. The velcro is a horrible way to adjust because once you run out of velcro (which you can't fit a lot) it is impossible to adjust the size further. I did some tailoring and fitted it around his waist using safety pins and now it's loosely fit but works great. The product itself is a LIFESAVER for people like me who have dogs who like to pull out of their collars in bad places (around traffic, parking lots, stores, etc) but I would not suggest it for large , very strong dogs as it might rip . No other harness has been able to work for Norman because they slide around and don't fit securely for pullers; but this one , if you're prepared to adjust the size or return for a different size , it is an overall great product . I also wish that it came in different colors though .

This harness is very thin and very flimsy... my 6 pound Pomeranian somehow slipped through this harness TWICE on two different occasions. It's a cheap harness compared to MANY others, and you do get what you pay for. It's unattractive and somewhat of a hassle with the cheap velcro, clasps, and two dangly rings on the end to use with the leash. I highly recommend any other harness, especially one of the ultra-comfort nylon/mesh harnesses that are a tad bit pricier than this.

Cons: poor quality, not adjustable

I purchased this item and less than a month later the buckle had broken where you adjust the length. I purchased another one at another store and within a month the webbing is coming apart where it is sewn to the red outer seam. We have a small dog and there is no way he could have caused it. This item is defective.

Worked great for a little while but eventually broke. The two tabs for the leash were annoying as they jingled around. After a walk I put my pup on her yard leash while I washed my truck so she could run around the front yard, after one yank, the two tabs ripped off the harness and had to chase her down the street.

Its the best harness I've ever put on my 12 pound havanese named Sophie. Before I had one of the regular harnesses that wasn't very comfortable for my dog so we switched to this one and it works SO well with training and Sophie doesn't pull. She can move around freely and play easily. I really do recomend this product to everyone! The colours may not be the best but its just a harness and its VERY durable even when Sophie tries to chew on it. I do not recomend this to people with dogs smaller than 6 pounds because I don't think it will fit.

I bought this today and took my dog out for a walk. It did little to stop her from pulling on the leash and it broke on the first use. I would only suggest this if you want to be chasing your dog around.

I purchased 2 small Comfy Harnesses, 1 for a 5lb Chipoo & 1 for a 9lb Poodle. They are too big for either. They are poorly constructed, raw edges showing, and overall unattractive. My 2 are girls so the color is very unflattering!

I got one of these for my little Chiweenie. The idea is great but the sizing is a bit off. I measured the dog and ordered the size directed. It's a bit large and I'm always concerned that my little one will slip out of it. Kind of defeats the purpose.

I bought this for my pug Isis and it works pretty well considering how hyper she is. BUT it is poorly made and looks boring. Only comes in one color so my baby is mistake for a boy. The fit is okay but could've been a bit smaller. Overall its not that bad.

The harness itelf seems to be a great thing to have, however the hook on the leash (I bought 2 size small harness-sets for chihuahuas) and if I imagine putting this HUGE hook on my little ones, they'd be dragging their heads on the ground. So PLEASE company: think about the size of the doggies, before putting such a heavy hook on the leash!
