My betta had had fin rot for a while. He was not getting better no madder how hard I tried. I was giving him fin rot medication, but he would still not get better. He also had some other condition where he floated sideways (swim bladder). I added this to my hospital tank. He was not sideways and had new fin growth in 48 hours. He had even built a bubble nest. This is probably the best medication I have ever used, but I don't think it cured his swim bladder, he just got better on his own.
