I have been using Flourish root tabs for awhile now and they are the best root tabs available. They are easy to place in the substrate and dissolve slowly. Heavy root feeding plants such as Amazon swords will appreciate 1 to 2 root tabs placed in the substrate next to them. Crypts also make use of root tabs.

Got this product for my 20 gallon planted tank I cut the whole pieces in half and place the pieces under then plants that need them my Vals look great I'd recommend this product. Along with the correct setup and this product growth is ensured.
