I purchased this for my Betta a while ago and he never went near it. In Fact, It seemed as though he tried to avoid it since he just swam on the outside edge of the tank all day.
This thing also didn't stay in the gravel and just floated to the surface of the tank so I had to always fix it. It had poor visual appeal, and was very sharp. Since it was just taking up space, I finally removed it. Buy a better plant.

So I got this for my betta less than a year ago, and even though it doesn't look that great it works pretty good.
When I first got my betta he was very skittish and this plant was very comforting, he's friendly now, so he's not in the plant as much but he still sleeps in it and has his naps in there too.
A pro is that it stays grounded if you put a just a little gravel on it.
Overall pleased with the durability of it, considering the price. :)

This plant was in my bettas tank for over 8 months, and I didn't encounter a problem until not long ago. I had my heater fairly close to this plant, so I found that my Betta rested in it a lot. When I came in to feed him, he would struggle out of the plant, causing his fins to rip... So I concluded that this plant was too sharp for Betta Fish. However, I would recommend this plant to owners of different fish species. Overall, though, the plant did a fine job.

I recently purchased this decoration for my hermit crab terrarium. I am extremely pleased with the quality of this product. It stands well on its own and is a nice addition to my crabitat. However, I noticed that the crabs can easily knock it over with their shells as they pass by and that the "leaves" fall out occasionally (although they can easily be stuck back in their sockets). However, the crabs seem to like their new plant and it really spruces up the terrarium. For the price, this plant is a bargain.

I really didn't like this plant. I'm currently using it in a 2.5 gallon bow front containing a betta, turquoise guppy, and 2 apple snails. It floats away pretty easily, and it really doesn't look all that real. It looks cheap and fake. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's kind of just filler in the tank, and it's only a temporary tank. I'm working on purchasing a 10 gallon rectangular tank for all inhabitants and more of the 2.5 gallon bow front. I will not be using it to scape the 10 gallon.

Not bad, but I would reccomend a little extra gravel covering its foundation becuase over the time of a few days it would up lift or over the time of my fish nipping at the gravel or the shrimp digging it up and my snail pushing it over when he/she climbs it and sits there.
