I know this is a bird toy, but that really doesn't stop me for putting it in my pet rats' cage!
The love it, The use it to go to one platform to another, and its a good way to keep your rat entertained!
They do chew on it, but they are rats, and rats chew!
So you can't really blame them.
Will be buying another one someday :D

I had one of these for my Cockatoo and I woke up one morning and went to uncover her and both her claws were stuck in shreaded rope. I had a heck of a time getting her out of it. Don't know how long she was stuck there in the same spot. Would NEVER use another one.

I bought one of these for my two Senegals and they love to perch on it the most and it is their sleep perch at night. It's easy to mount in the cage and not too hard to clean if they do happen to make a mess of it. Every bird cage should have at least one comfort perch like this, it will benefit your birds' tired feet a lot!

This is one of the best cotton perches I've ever purchased! I put this in my Sun Conures cage and him, usually destroying his cotton perches within a few days, hasn't been able to as much find a notch to bite! We've had it for two and a half months and it is still in perfect condition!!

I bought two of these for my parakeets. They sure love them. The rope came out of the plastic on one of them so i had to throw it away, but this was only because I bent it on an certain angle that was too much for it. Its a bit unsturdy but my keets love it anyway. Its also wide and soft so that benefits them. They usually sleep on this perch. It is also easily attached to the cage.

Pros: easy to clean, price

Cons: easily destroyed
