Mine was just six months old and it's already faded. It's ok, now I have a WHITE driftwood. I am now looking for a new decoration that will match on this...maybe a CASPER character.

I had bought one of these fake driftwood ornaments for my 5.5 gallon aquarium, and it looked awesome! They look very realistic, therefore they add a beautiful natural touch to your aquarium. My only complaints are that they are a little flimsy. The paint started chipping off mine, and i took it out to scrub off algae one day and accidentally dropped it and it split into 5 pieces.
Pros: stylish
Cons: price, flimsy

This is a beautiful piece of fake driftwood with lots of hiding places for little fish, but it does not last long. The paint has begun to chip off after only a few weeks of being in our freshwater tank. I'm hoping that the paint is non-toxic, but I will be replacing it with real wood.

REALLY nice decoration for ten gallon tanks. fish love swimming through and under the driftwood. I put and air stone disk under mine and the bubbles go right out the top. does not look like wood but more of a stone, I think it looks better :P. Really pricey.

Already have this in a huge bowl I use in the bottom of an aviary... with a green vine wrapped around the outer edge of the bowl, and this hooked on the side. Birds love sitting on it, before and after bathing.... and it's a great addition ... looks great.
