My cats love this tree, but unfortunately, after less than two months, the carpet started shredding. Since one of my cats loves chewing on plastic, all he wants to do is chew on the plastic strings that come out when the carpet shreds.
Will be throwing this away and looking for one that's of better quality.

Our two boys can't get enough of this thing! the three surfaces for scratching are already a hit and they love lording over the whole apartment from the top perch

I have had this for about 3 weeks. My two full grown cats just love this. I have this near a window where they can lounge and look out the window. Both cats use this for lounging and scratching. It didn't take my female kitty long to figure out how to get to the top perch. The male prefers to stay on the low one. They both use this several times a day. It is very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this, especially right now while it is on sale and has free shipping on products over $60. This arrived fully assembled.

Overall, this cat tree saved my leather couch from my 2 year old cat, especially since we have had so much snow this winter and he could not go outside. He likes to scratch the carpeted post, which I had to replace once already in the 6 mths I had it. He likes to sleep in the top, and it gives him great vantage point to gaze outside. I do wish the base was sturdier, he jumped off the top and it toppled over into a glass-top table. My 20 year old cat does not use it, but it keeps the younger cat occupied and out of trouble!

My one, and my only complaint is that I wish the base was a bit heavier or sturdy. I have one very little kitten and an older cat who weighs about 12 pounds. When he hops on the top perch, the post wobbles quite a bit and I worry sometimes that it will fall over.
That being said, it works perfectly as a scratching post and lounge. It's tall enough so my kitties can get a good view over my apartment's patio. I'm not so sure that they'll actually scratch the wood (I've read that cats do that but I've never seen it) but it's the perfect size for my small apartment and it's getting beaten up on a fairly regular basis, so I guess the cats approve!

I'm the crazy cat lady and 4 of my 5 cats adore this thing. My other cat prefers my antique couch. It's a great price for its size with 3 different materials (wood, wicker and carpet) for them to scratch. My 3 kittens love to fight over the top place spot ;)

With three cats, I had always wanted to get them a cat tree. I managed to put it off for years. I finally broke down and brought the Grreat Choice Cozy Inn Cat Tower. My cats loved it. The tower has three scrathing surfaces: rug, wood and rope wrapped. Each of my cats picked a different surface. Watching them play on it has brought hours of entertaiment for them. I have also enjoyed watching them play on it.

I bought this for my kitty because she LOVES to climb. She's like a little monkey climbing up the side to the top step. Then when she makes it to the top, she rolls around, getting a bird's eye view! She also loves the different textures for scratching. A great buy!

I bought this at the store and it was already put together which is great. Brought it home and both cats were on it before I even got it where I wanted it. They love it. Even my fat cat was able to get to the top. The younger cat loves to sleep on top perch but even climbs and jumps all over it while throwing his toys and catching them. The dangling toy did not last the first night but other than that it is a great perch for the cats.

I was thrilled to find such a high quality cat post for such a reasonable price. My fuzzy feline is part monkey (climbs EVERY surface he can scale), so with hopes to keep him off my ornamental iron room divider and my curtains, I added this post to my living room decor. It was an immediate hit and has curbed his desires (for the most part) to climb every item he can sink his claws into. The sisal side of the post receives the most attention, as well as the top cradle. The only complaint I have though is that when loading the post into my car, the wooden side of the post split from the top to the bottom. It was easily repaired with wood filler, but it was a bit of a disappointment that the juncture of the screws made the wood split so easily with just a slight nudge forward when guiding the post into my car.

From the moment I brought this tower into the house, my cats loved it! Its great for them to jump and play on as well as snooze. Plus its more stylish than the typical tower so it looks good in my sunroom. I totally recommend this tower.

After lots of product search and reading of reviews, I purchased this tower for my 2 black cats. They both weigh 11 lbs., with one being a bit more spry and adventurous than the other. It took 2-3 placements to find the perfect location. My girls do need a corner, and a mid-level table to add to the ease of getting on and off the top perch. It is sturdy, with a wide base. I specifically wanted a carpeted tower, not the faux fur. Immediately, my girls took to it, and they look so cute sprawled out in the generous cradle perches.
You can see the before, the old tower, and the after, with their new tower. So much more room for them. The chain toy is great too, because they go after it from both perches, providing entertainment for me as I watch them play !!!

As soon as we brought it home and showed it to our two little kitties they loved it. I'm sure the little toy won't last long, but they like climbing and scratching it a lot anyways. GREAT BUY! Plus we got it on sale for 70$ with a coupon.

Highly recommended. I would buy another one in a minute. PetSmart had it on sale for $80 (reg. $100), and I like it as much (or more) than a similar cat tree I bought for $260.
PROS:
• My cats love the curved "cradle-style" platforms more than they tend to like the flat platforms on the other tree I had bought.
• The variety of textures (3) is a big plus (carpet, wood and sisal rope). They like the sisal scratching post, which helps protect my furniture.
• I also like the plain wooden post. It makes the unit look more distinctive. These cats are ignoring it, but I've had other cats that like to scratch wood, so it would work for that type of cat.
• This cat tree is fairly lightweight when compared to my other, more expensive cat tree, so I can easily move it around the house. (Cats love it when you move their furniture occasionally.) It may be light, but it is still fairly sturdy with a good wide base.
• It's a big hit with my cats. They jumped on it the minute it came into the house and have been playing and sleeping on it every day since.
• The design is fairly clean and simple, so it blends into my room a little better without being too much of a focal point, like some more complicated-looking cat furniture might be.
CONS:
• Can't think of too many cons, just that the wood post had a slight crack in it, which is probably okay
• I just wish that PetSmart sold it online so it would be easier to order it in my choice of colors without having to drive to several PetSmart stores. The store where I bought it only had one left but luckily the color was OK.
All in all, highly recommended. A good cat tree at a good price.

I have two cats. They took to it immediately when I brought this in through the door. They love to climb it and sleep on the two curved spots. There is only one thing bad about it; throughout the first night, they got the feathered toy out of the rubber it was glued to, so now there's nothing there except the chain - leaving me to go out and buy a new toy, or just cut the chain off.
All in all, I would recommend this to anyone with cat(s)!

I've been looking for a reasonably priced cat tower for some time. I found this on sale at Petsmart and immediately decided to buy it. My cats (ages 4 and 1) love it! They both climb all over it, and since I bought the cat tree they haven't clawed my other furniture nearly as much (not at all that I've noticed). It is sturdy but not really heavy, about 4' high, and the carpet is soft and fluffy.

My kitty loves her tower! She naps on it, plays on it and loves scratching on the rope thats on it. Overall, it's her territory and she knows this is her zone to do whatever she wants. And best of all, it got her to STOP scratching our couch!! :-) She loves it and I love that she loves it!

Both of our adult cats love this tower! The smaller one prefers to perch up top, while the larger one goes for the lower spot (usually lying in wait for the little one to scratch the rope post, and then attacking from above).
We purchased another Grreat Choice product last year - the Kitty Condo with Perch - and this tower is made of similarly durable construction. We're very pleased with how well the carpeting has held up. If you're looking for tall cat furniture that won't rock, come unravelled, or cost the earth ... give this a go.

We recently adopted 2 boy cats from the SPCA....and decided we have to get them something tall enough to be able to look out the window..This did the trick..they love it...the are on it constantly and even sleep on it...they both love it..and they haven't taken off the dangling toy as of yet...I highly recommend this!!

I bought the "brown" carpet one (since it matches our living room) at my local store the same week I adopted my 5 year old male tabby. He goes crazy for this! It's a great height and is very stylish without the extra stuff that my cat would ignor anyway. He loves to scale up the carpeted side with only his front claws all the way to the top! The sisle rope side is great for him to get his scratching urdges out and the wooden side is just for support. He doesn't use the wooden side for anything at all. I absolutly love the style and price of this thing and I'm waiting to find a white one to go with our decor in the bedroom. The little play feather is easy to replace, but if the whole thing gets ripped out then you'll need a staple gun to replace it. The whole tower is still in pretty decent shape even after two years, with only one bald spot and some frayed edges. This is difficult to vaccum/clean. Because my cats fur is light, it really shows up against the brown carpet so it collects alot of fur.
