We free feed. We adopted a new puppy. For the first week the wee one would eat a bite here and a bite there. We ran out of food so picked this up. All three dogs ate this like it was raw meat! The pup included.

Our chocolate lab mix used to have "problems" with excess gas till we put him on this food. We also found that we were overfeeding him, giving him the recommended 4 cups daily for a 70-75lb dog; 2 cups in the morning & 2 cups in the evening. We now give him 3 cups daily; 1 cup in the morning, 1 cup in the early afternoon, & 1 cup in the evening. He seems to be more satisfied with more energy, with his stools being more solid & less smelly. This food wasn't anymore expensive than the other brand we had him on. I know if he could talk he would highly recommend Authority!
