This is by far the best litter I have ever used and believe I have tried nearly every one. When you take out all the clumps, the litter looks practically new unlike every other brand where you can still see (and smell) the darker urine soaked litter bits.
They did have a brief problem where they changed their formula and it made the urine smell worse but they have fixed and also reduced the dust when cleaning the litter.
There is still some dust when you pour it but not an excessive amount.
Overall I love this litter, as long as they do not mess with the formulation and make it bad again. I am sticking with this brand forever.

Best clumping litter available that I've found. The clumps form solidly and you don't have to be super careful when scooping to keep them from breaking up like with some other clumping litters.
The smell of this litter is nice and the dust is average for a clumping litter.
We tried some of the new "lighter weight" litters that have recently come on the market, but have returned to ScoopAway because it clumps the best and isn't as dusty.

I've tried almost every brand of cat litter. This is the best clumping and odor control litter out of anything I've ever tried. It is pretty dusty, but the benefits outweigh the negatives completely!

our first cat we tried so many of the inexpensive brands of clumping litters and though this was at the high end of our buget, we stuck with it because our remy could create a pool! strong smelling and heavy, all the others seemed so inept. with our current two, it's more like, stinky dirt and lots of little drips. scoop away's not as good on this stink but exceptional none the less. tried using the cheap stuff again but came back - love how much better this stuff is.

I have a cat and i really like Scoop Away(r) Complete Performance Maximum Odor Control Clumping Multi-Cat Formula Litter. The reason i like it because it is easier to clean and you don't have to change the litter all the time.

Scoop Away Litter is one of the best litters I've found. It clumps up really good and keeps the order down amazingly! My cat just loves it, because I did try others and they were to dusty. I read some reviews and couldn't believe how petty they were. It is not hardly dusty. As long as you just pour it into the box at it's level there is no dust, even if you pour it at knees height there is no dust. It stays fresh and clean, so buy some and give it a try. And scoop your box at least two to three times a day, your cat deserves it. They give you Love, give them some back and keep it clean.
Pros: eliminates odor, low dust, easy to clean

I tried many litters before settling on Scoop Away and I wish I had tried it sooner!!! This litter is GREAT! I cannot smell the cat box at all, I actually have it in my bedroom and even after my cat uses it, the odor is neutralized immediately. The tracking is minimal compared to other brands I have used, I have a tracking pad next to the box and I would say that catches at least 90 percent of the tracking. Also it clumps tight and lasts a long time. I scoop everyday but hardly ever have to totally dump and refill the box because it clumps so well. The only downside is it is a bit dusty when you pour it in, but the pros far outweigh the cons. My Petsmart often has it on sale too, which is a plus.

I use this litter all the time. It was great before they changed their formula. Now the odor is HORRIBLE! The reason I used this brand was because it was great with the odor it never smelt like I had a cat box, but now all you can smell is cat urine. Yes their litter is a little dusty when you pour it in and if its next to anything it will smell like litter that is the down side before, but now the MAJOR down fall is the odor its horrible. They say its supposed to be better with urine to me its made it ten times worse! I will be looking for a new brand!!
Pros: easy to clean
Cons: messy, Doesn't Eliminate Odor

This litter is excellent as far as clumping, is easy to clean and is pretty much odor free. But, filling up the box and cleaning it out with the scoop produces so much dust that I will not use it any more after this big bag is gone. Too bad, but this litter dust is settling everywhere in the little area where the litterbox is kept. Not acceptable, I am going back to my regular litter which is just as good in all aspects and which generates hardly any dust. And since "Too Dusty" is not a choice in the Cons, I'm adding that myself as a Con. I guess it could go under "Messy", but not quite true.

This stuff is amazing! I have tried all the other brands and just did not get the quality I was looking for. I have a cat that we he goes to the bathroom it sounds like a faucet is running. Its been soo hard to find something that clumps tight enough. Scoop Away is the only litter that has worked. Plus it has a great scent! It is a tad dusty if you pour it too fast, but other wise, its perfect!

I have 3 cats sharing one large litter box. Prior to using Scoop Away, I used Tidy cat for several years. Lately the Tidy Cat wasn't clumping as well and we were having significant ammonia odor problems too soon after washing the litter box and changing the litter. So, I decided to give Scoop Away a try after reading favorable reviews somewhere. With Tidy Cat, I had to change the litter completely and wash the box about every 4 weeks (and that last week was really pushing it)
With Scoop Away, I immediately noticed that the clumping was far superior to what I had experienced before, and I was able to get all of the waste out of the box without breaking clumps and the box smells like new after scooping. The only drawback that I have noticed is that the litter is pretty dusty- our placement of our litter box is not harmed by a little dust though, so it is worth that concession. I imagine people with respiratory problems might consider this a deal breaker, because it is definitely noticeable.
My favorite aspect of the Scoop Away is that I don't have to wash the litter box anywhere near as often. I add litter once it starts to get low, but the box has not required any cleaning outside of normal scooping. The box has never had ammonia odor problems, not even a little. I have not had to empty and wash it yet after 3 months of use.
