Much like anyone else I wanted to make sure my 3 cory-catfish and 2 betta's were fed while I was gone for 4 days. It did dissolve as described and it did not cloud my water. Even thought it was for tropical fish in general it served it's purpose. I did find what looked like little piece of grey mold where the feeder was placed but only in 1 of the 3 tanks. I have tried others and they were terrible.

Pretty terrible for my fish...

I have given this product three chances, and it has failed me each time. Sure it gives your fish food while you're away, sure it is healthy for them. But guess what. Some fish don't even touch it! The feeder makes a mess of what is left over and clouds the water. Sadly I'll keep using them for vacation, but I would rather use another product. I have no other choice but to use it, so I guess I have to. I wish that my fish would actually EAT this!!! >:(
