I was worried about buying this product because my Chinchilla is a very picky eater. When I gave him to taste, he immediately took it and I offered him another to which he ate immediately as well. I was surprised and the zip lock keeps the food fresh. The food does have a strong odor but it's not bothersome unless you are sticking your face in the bowl. :P

My chinchillas love this food and there are a lot of vitamins and oils needed for a healthy chinchilla. Not a bad price and it stays fresh thanks to the zipup. The smell is very strong but in not sure what to tiank of it, the chins don't seem to mind it though.
