I needed some tall plants for the background. These plants worked for a while and seemed to hold up relatively well. The smaller plants do not look as nice, but they are good to hide the various equipment in a tank.

Low Quality Fabric plants.

I suppose I cant say they're NOT silk, but if they are, they are POOR QUALITY silk. I purchased 2 of these combo packages less than four months ago, and already the entire outer edge of every leaf on every plant is frayed, they simply dont look like plants anymore. Parked beside a Marina silk plant i've owned for six years, it screams poor quality. Same tank, same fish, marina beautiful plant - Top Fin fray-a-majiggy...

These are pretty realistic looking for fake plants. I have a 125 gallon tank so it can get pretty expensive to decorate because you need a lot of tall plants. These are way cheaper then any of the taller plastic plants. I bought one large set and one small set plus a bunch of individual plants. I would say the only negative is the red plants are very red and it would be better with more green in them. All in all very happy with these over plastic ones available out there.
