Horrible time trying to switch to the rake

Took forever to figure out how to switch to the rake and can't even get the rake on all the way, would not recommend at all

I bought this to replace another product I bought here that broke. I got home and realized the rake part was all rusted in the inside, their was pieces of wood chipped out of the product and when I went to seperate the two parts, the clip broke so it cant clip together at all. All this and I havent even used it yet. Dont waste your money.

Effectiveness
I was excited to try out this new scooper, because my jaw style ones keep breaking. It seemed pretty sturdy, except that the rake is flimsy. However, when I went to switch the spade to the rake, the rake wouldn't go on all the way, or come off again! Then I tried to clip the rake to the scoop stand and the little connector piece broke. So, I returned it to my store. I didn't actually get to try it out, so I am not sure how well it works.

I was trying to choose between two different products in store when another customer walked by and recommended this product. I agree with her choice completely. The scoop is large enough to not have to make several trips to dump and it's easy to spray clean if needed. I personally have never used the rake part, but love that the two handles snap together. This product will last and I feel it's definitely worth the money.
