I had been feeding the birds black oil sunflower seeds because of winter but thought I'd get something with variety. So I got them this because I live in the Northeast and it's suppose to attract a lot of the birds that live here, hah! I put this out and they almost completely ignored it. To top it all off when I first opened the bag up, there was tons of some kind of web caterpillar intermixed in with it! I know I didn't pay for that! I couldn't and still haven't been able to get rid of them all, they don't seem to be hurting the seeds/dried fruit besides EATING IT. I recently opened it up and one had morphed all the way to a moth... I'm going back to plain old black oil sunflower seeds.
